Role: - Full Stack developer

Location: Onsite 2-3 days a week (the office is in North Loop, Minneapolis -108 N Washington Ave, Minneapolis, MN 55401) - Great location and office! :)
Contract length: Long term
Key points: 1. Need to have fluent dev experience with React, Node, and Typescript development experience 2. Ecommerce experience is desired 3. SaaS environment experience is also preferred 4. Good with Agile sprint process (2-week iterative cycle) 5. Need to have some SQL database exposure - working with Stored Procedures, query structure, and database indexing) 6. API experience - both modifying existing as well as creating them from scratch (Client uses Python for their API development.)
7. Basic knowledge of DevOps process - should be familiar with CRUD functions and pull requests.

Your technical mindset, technical expertise, and strong development skills will be critical in shaping the future of our offerings and ensuring their successful market adoption.

As a Full Stack Developer, you ll be part of a cross-functional global team that is responsible for the full software development life cycle of a SaaS solution, from concept to deployment.

As an analytical mind and creative thinker, you will lead the development of key SaaS components using both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries. As a team player with an agile approach, you will lead collaboration across global development teams and enable CD/CI processes.

Responsibilities:

• Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions; ability to design and code from specifications.
• Understand business requirements and processes; ideate and develop digital processes from requirements.
• Design client-side and server-side architecture
• Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design.
• Develop and manage well-functioning digital software, integrations, and applications.
• Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design.
• Write effective APIs.
• Implement critical security and data protection settings.
• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software.
• Write technical documentation.
• Work with extended and cross-functional teams data scientists and analysts to improve software.

Requirements and skills:

• Communication, collaboration, creative thinking, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
• Good to have software development experience in a SaaS environment.
• Experience in SDLC, agile methodologies, CI/CD and digital application security
• Experience of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)
• Knowledge of responsive development frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js, jQuery, Bootstrap, MaterialUI)

Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers
